The camp is open to students who are either entering 9th grade at Cypress Ranch High School for the 2012-2013 school year or are already registered at Cypress Ranch High School.

You must live in the Cypress Ranch attendance zone or on an approved transfer to attend Swim Training Camp.
All workouts will be geared towards developing speed, strength, and overall conditioning.
What if I am going on vacation for two weeks this summer?
Have fun. We will see you when you get back. We do suggest that you at least do some running and dry land while you are gone and we will be happy to put together a workout for you.
